WP Leaders evaluation of Canada-Sweden AO25

With being a Work Package (WP) leader on the Sweden-Canada Arctic Ocean Expedition 2025 also came the task to be a teacher, mentor and lecturer on the corresponding Research School.

Some of the WP leaders were central to the core activity of the Sweden-Canda UNCLOS project and had special operators along for that task, but for the majority of the WPs, the science program had to be organized and operated entirely with PhD students that, at least in some cases, had little or no field work experience. In addition, WP leaders were asked to develop mentoring programs within the WPs and to prepare and deliver 3 lectures each at different levels and in the context of the title of the research school: the Arctic Ocean Climate System.

Hence, the WP Leaders were central to all four parts of the research school programme: i) Practical work in Work Packages (WPs); ii) Instructions and analysis in the WPs; iii) Lectures, and iv) Group work in Workshops on different themes. After some general questions, these four parts are evaluated separately. On each question, select the option closest to your opinion. Each section also ends with an optional free-text question.
