Dronning Maud Land, DML 2022/23
This year's Antarctic expedition focuses on construction, maintenance and preparations for future research expeditions. The improvement works aim to give researchers even better opportunities to conduct research and field studies.
Among other things, the five expedition participants will work on completing a garage, carrying out vehicle service and inspecting instruments that collect weather and research data. As part of the preparations, a mandatory field course is held at the Abisko Scientific Research Station in September 2022.
